” The specific and primary purposes of Up 2 Peace are to:  promote Universal Peace, develop and maintain a charitable health care facility for the medically under served areas of Santa Cruz County and to collaborate with other similar causes and communities locally and Internationally.  The means of providing such services include,  yet not limited to;  live and recorded Music productions, International Art callings, Exhibits and other Healing Art forms.”
